    • Admission Application (a separate form provided, see [Admissions]-[Forms] #1. Application for Admission)
    • A 3X4 photo (passport-sized photo) (Attach a jpg file of the photo via email)
    • A copy of diploma of the highest level of education or a graduation certificate of other seminaries
      (For the Bachelor of Biblical Studies program, no diploma is needed)
    • An official transcript from institution recently attended (Only for transfer students)
